Trenigens can deliver your orders anywhere in Australia, or to selected overseas countries.

Please contact us before ordering large amounts of bedding. We will advise you of the likely delivery costs, and how to place your order.

During checkout please enter your delivery address information. After that is entered the cart will automatically refresh, and selectable delivery options relevant to your address are displayed. Sometimes there may be more than one option. Select the one you prefer. 

We process all orders manually, and will let you now of the progress of your order. Note the text box where you can enter further comments, instructions or questions you may have for the store owner.

Orders Within Australia     

Leads and collars have a flat fee of $9 (within Australia). If you order more than one lead or collar, then there is no additional delivery fee! 

Bedding is calculated differently because it can be large and heavy compared to leads and collars. 

If you order a mixture of items that includes bedding, then the delivery charge will be that of the bedding. If you order a single bedding item, with more than approx 4-5 other items, then the shipping rate will be calculated at 2 bedding items ($25). 

Large or bulky orders will be delivered by express courier. Please note that our courier cannot deliver to a PO box, so please make sure that you have provided a physical address.

Orders Delivered Outside Australia

Overseas orders are welcome, but you may need some assistance in ordering your products. Delivery prices to places outside Australia can vary greaty, so please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm the delivery costs.
